As of Wednesday 20 May at 09:00, you have the option to obtain a full refund of any remaining balance until Tuesday 19 June at 23:59. If you're a European citizen, you can request a refund through the cashless refund portal below. The minimum balance for a refund must exceed €2,5. The remaining balance will be transferred after the refund deadline.
