- Advancing and hospitality.
- Collaborate with the programmer, production manager, and hospitality manager to assist with artist hospitality and bookings. Follow-up of contracts, payments and riders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and agents, maintaining professional and friendly communication.
- Decent knowledge of english is required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / sheets is required.
- Drivers licence comes in handy.
- Minimum availability: half time or more from February 2025 to end of May 2025, with required availability during the festival.
