Brussels-based DJ and label owner AliA is known for her deeply versatile approach to club music, driven by a fierce and passionate love for multi-genre experimentation. Guided by groove and anchored in feeling, her sets flow effortlessly between broken beats, techno, house, jazz-adjacent electronics and percussive club cuts. In a sense, AliA's voice has developed in parallel with Horst Festival, where she's been a fixture over the years.  A fan of rooms that allow space for depth, risk and narrative, she favours long blends, off-grid rhythms and unexpected transitions, always fluid, but never directionless. In 2024, AliA founded Artisjok Records as a platform for artists who, like her, move between percussive, soulful and deep sonics. The label’s catalogue reflects her own approach to music and DJ life: patient, instinctive and unmistakably her own.
