Can You Feel The Sun is the joint project of Parris and Call Super: a record label, NTS radio show and occasional party, intent on teasing apart the seams of dancefloor convention. Since Parris's debut in 2014 with ‘Wen’ on Tempa, he has purveyed a singular sound that fuses sharp-edged techno, woozy Balearic tones and stripped-back house grooves with effortless confidence. Subsequent releases have appeared on Idle Hands, Hemlock, Trilogy Tapes, Peach Discs and, of course, Can You Feel The Sun. Call Super, meanwhile, is a multidisciplinary artist whose textured sound and curatorial instinct have shaped the landscape of contemporary electronic music. In 2025, they collaborated with Sharon Eyal and Gai Behar on the avant garde dance work ROSE at Sadler’s Wells in London and released ‘A Rhythm Protects One’, an album-cum-mix CD that appeared in many best-of-the-year lists.
