Desyn Masiello is a British DJ and producer who has left his mark on the house and progressive music scene. Growing up in London, he was introduced to the acid house movement at the age of 16, which ignited his passion for electronic music. In 1990 he purchased his first set of turntables and began honing his craft.

Over the years Desyn has performed at some of the most renowned clubs and festivals around the globe including Cream in Liverpool, Gatecrasher, Renaissance and Privilege in Ibiza. He has also taken the stage at Glastonbury Festival and has collaborated with artists such as Deep Dish, Sander Kleinenberg and Danny Howells.

Additionally, Desyn founded his own label Alternative Route, which specializes in house and progressive music. His musical style is diverse, pulling influences from acid house, funk, soul, disco, rock, indie, Brazilian music, reggae and dub. He is celebrated for his ability to blend various genres seamlessly in his performances.
