Andrew Makadsi, also known as MAKADSI, a Lebanese DJ, producer, and creative talent based in Brooklyn, is recognized for his diverse blend of house, techno, acid, and ballroom sounds. His influence goes beyond the nightlife scene; he was key in producing Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance’, bridging the past and future of house music. He also hosts his event ‘Function’ and is a prominent figure in New York’s club scene.

Rokia Bamba, a DJ, sound artist and radio producer based in Brussels, skillfully combines hip-hop, African beats, house and techno in her vibrant performances. She began her career as a radio host at twelve and has become a significant presence in the music landscapes of Brussels and Paris. Bamba has performed at renowned events like Afropunk and La Colonie, curated the ‘New Afro Ke-Pon’ festival and is dedicated to promoting inclusive music initiatives.

Sadiq Bellamy, one of the founders of Soul Summit Music in Brooklyn, plays a significant role in promoting an inclusive and intergenerational celebration of house music. Through Soul Summit, a festival that has prioritized the black and queer communities since its inception in 2002, he has established a meaningful movement.
