Gaiko, originally named Kaito, is a DJ, producer and live performer based in Brussels, recognized for his innovative contributions to electronic music. Growing up in a family with a rich musical heritage, particularly influenced by jazz, he began his musical journey by learning the piano at a young age, later opting for a more avant-garde direction in his artistry. His debut album, self-titled and released through the Nous'klaer Audio label, features a compilation of nine tracks that exemplify his distinctive sound.

The hallmark of Gaiko's music lies in its fragmented percussion, seamlessly blended with elegant harmonies, resulting in complex, ethereal compositions. He draws from a wide array of genres, such as IDM, jungle, garage, breakbeat, hard dance, trance, pop, hip-hop and grime, alongside his jazz background. This eclectic mix of influences enables him to create an ambitious style of electronic dance music that transforms the essence of club music into intricate, dreamlike soundscapes.

Beyond his production endeavors, Gaiko is also the founder and curator of a monthly radio show on BRUZZ, which broadcasts every first week on 98.8 FM. Previously known as TSUGI, he continues to delve into alternative electronic music, making it a focal point of his various projects.
