Brooklyn-based DJ Honey Bun blends her New York roots with her Texas upbringing and Black diasporic heritage. Her monthly show ‘BUNTOPIA’ on The Lot Radio sees her “sonically journey through the cosmos”, connecting body and soul via selections that range through house, disco, fun, R&B and much besides. Her party series Soul Connection adds to that pallete with breaks, Detroit techno and the best sounds that today’s global Black diaspora has to offer. Celebrated as one of NYC’s breakout talents, she has held a residency at legendary nightspot Nowadays and is a regular at other clubs around the city.
