There’s an ineffable feeling that one has after a Jesse G set, often evidenced by a secret smile, a childlike sense of discovering something new, or a renewed understanding of the word “fun”. Known for her energetic, genre-spanning sound that surprises and delights crowds, Berlin-based Jesse incorporates a playful, wide-ranging medley of deep, metallic and trippy to groovy, jacking, percussive techno, with diverse rhythms and an influence from UK bass. Her work is also informed by an encyclopaedic understanding of electronic music and DJ craft, honed over her nearly six years on the staff at hallowed Berlin record store Hard Wax. In addition to holding down a residency at RSO Berlin, she has brought her sound to venues such as De School, Berghain, Open Ground and BLITZ. Don't miss her debut at Horst Festival!
