An hour of movement, meditation, poses and breathwork to arrive on a smooth wave into a Horsty sunday morning, held by the intimacy of the yellow circle of the Rain Room. Lots of shavasana. Lots of getting soft. Balancing life force and stillness.
Zoë Boogaerts (aka Zoë the Yoga Lover) is a multidisciplinary artist navigating between Brussels and Antwerp. Her work spans film, scenography, collective performance, installation, and writing, with a focus on space and the unconscious wisdom of the body.
For over seven years, she has worked as a production designer in Belgian cinema, crafting imaginative spaces that redefine storytelling, favoring absurdity, magic, and folkloric references. Fascinated by ritual, the body, and collective consciousness, her current research explores yoga, tantra, and spiritual traditions, aiming to demystify them and ask: what if the temple can be anywhere? Zoë also teaches Kaula Tantra Yoga in Brussels and Antwerp.
