At the border between documentary and autofiction, Nour Beetch and Nicky Lapierre develop a hybrid practice combining photography, writing, and film. Between intimate archives and er0tik cinema, their work invites viewers to question fantasy, desire, and bodies. Collaborating since 2021, they founded FREAKS CLUB STUDIO, a production company rooted in queer subcultures and outcast communities. The studio produces hybrid and daring films that blur the lines between genres to challenge dominant narratives of gender, desire, and representation. Through raw and uncompromising visual storytelling, Beetch and Lapierre explore the porous boundary between personal experience and collective history. Their guiding principle remains constant: starting from the inside : their bodies, their intimacy, their realities, to confront the outside world, building bridges between individual vulnerability and shared resistance.
Nour Beetch & Nicky Lapierre's video Old Stuff Never Dies will be shown at Strato, on loop throughout the entire club weekend.
