Radart is an alias of Naarm/Melbourne-based producer, designer, and label head Dylan Batelic. Founder of the DIY imprint and party series Paper-Cuts, Dylan has also been known for his work as Sunflower Aquarium, with both projects typifying the resurgence of turn-of-the-century chillout music coming out of Naarm in recent years. Dylan’s debut LP as Radart, an eight-track collection of ambient, downtempo, breaks and more taken from selected works made between 2022-2024, was released under the name ‘Blips & Bleeps’ in 2025. Balearic-inspired beats, drifting acid and trip-hop nostalgia come together with detailed sound design and immaculate arrangements, everything in its right place. This is an opportunity to tune into a different frequency at this year’s Horst Festival.
