Volunteer Coordinator (freelance)

Job Description
As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-organized environment for volunteers and guests. You will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth logistics, and contribute to an engaging and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide volunteers, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service when needed.
• Prepare and coordinate evening activities to foster engagement and community spirit.
• Handle logistics and ensure everything runs efficiently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent interpersonal skills, especially in working with young people.
• Is proactive, independent, and able to take initiative while managing tasks without supervision.
• Is mature and confident, applying a firm yet respectful approach when necessary.
• Has a solution-oriented mindset and can suggest improvements to operations.
• Has previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Is fluent in English.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Is flexible and willing to provide support during peak moments.
