Work directly with our programmer, production manager, and hospitality manager to deliver a seamless experience for artists performing at Horst.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle artist advancing, hospitality, and on-site support.
- Follow up on artist contracts, payments, and riders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for artists and agents, providing clear and welcoming communication.
Who you are:
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Organised, welcoming, and calm under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
Practicalities:
- Location: Asiat Park, Vilvoorde.
- Period: October 2026 – January 2027.
- Availability: Part-time to half-time (20% – 50%).
- This is an unpaid position.
