
Job description
- Greet guests warmly and assist with coat check-in and retrieval.
- Keep the cloakroom area clean, organized and secure.
- Handle guests’ belongings with care and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly with guests and other staff.
- Help manage the flow during busy times to reduce wait times.
Profile
- Enjoys working with people and providing friendly service.
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible mindset and willing to step in with other tasks during quieter moments.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working night hours.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Available for the 5 club weekends: October 17–18, November 28–29, December 31–January 1, February 13–14, March 27–29 (negotiable).
- Must be eligible to work under a Flexi-job or Student status.
