Job description

• Greet guests warmly and assist with coat check-in and retrieval.
• Keep the cloakroom area clean, organized and secure.
• Handle guests’ belongings with care and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly with guests and other staff.
• Help manage the flow during busy times to reduce wait times.

Profile

• Enjoys working with people and providing friendly service.
• Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible mindset and willing to step in with other tasks during quieter moments.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working night hours.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Available for the 5 club weekends: October 17–18, November 28–29, December 31–January 1, February 13–14, March 27–29 (negotiable).
• Must be eligible to work under a Flexi-job or Student status.
