
Job description
- Lead and support the collective care team and coordinate breaks, roles and rotations within the care team during club weekends.
- Stay present and responsive to the emotional, physical, and social needs of the space.
- Act as a point of contact for guests who experience discomfort, confusion, or conflict.
- Handle incidents with sensitivity and discretion, escalating when necessary.
- Keep communication flowing with the production, crew, door, and bar teams.
- Participate in briefings, debriefings, and care-related reflection moments.
- Help shape and uphold our club's vision on care, safety, and accessibility.
Profile
- Experience with care work, nightlife safety, peer support, mediation, or similar fields — ideally in a leadership role.
- Knows how to create calm, even in chaos.
- Emotionally grounded and knows own boundaries.
- Listens before acting, but isn't afraid to intervene when needed.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully, even in conflict.
- Works well in a team and can hold space for others under pressure.
- Flexible mindset and willing to step in with other tasks during quieter moments.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Available for the 5 club weekends: October 17–18, November 28–29, December 31–January 1, February 13–14, March 27–29 (negotiable).
- Must be eligible to work under a Flexi-job or Student status.
