
Job description
- Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Scan tickets quickly and accurately.
- Explain our concept of drink tokens clearly to guests.
- Cover camera lenses as part of our privacy policy and explain this to visitors.
- Sell tickets on-site when necessary.
Profile
- Can confidently explain concepts and address guests' questions.
- Has experience or affinity for hospitality, events, or community spaces.
- Can handle multiple tasks smoothly under pressure.
- Flexible mindset and willing to step in with other tasks during quieter moments.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Available for the 5 club weekends: October 17–18, November 28–29, December 31–January 1, February 13–14, March 27–29 (negotiable).
- Must be eligible to work under a Flexi-job or Student status.
