Job description

• Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Scan tickets quickly and accurately.
• Explain our concept of drink tokens clearly to guests.
• Cover camera lenses as part of our privacy policy and explain this to visitors.
• Sell tickets on-site when necessary.

Profile

• Can confidently explain concepts and address guests' questions.
• Has experience or affinity for hospitality, events, or community spaces.
• Can handle multiple tasks smoothly under pressure.
• Flexible mindset and willing to step in with other tasks during quieter moments.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Available for the 5 club weekends: October 17–18, November 28–29, December 31–January 1, February 13–14, March 27–29 (negotiable).
• Must be eligible to work under a Flexi-job or Student status.
