What you'll be doing:
- Prepare invoicing and payment orders.
- Monitor and record company income and expenses.
- Code and log invoices, bank statements, and financial documents.
- Track transactions and assist with data analysis.
- Support the optimization and digitization of financial processes.
- Help implement and manage modern financial software and tools.
- Optional: Support general club operations.
Who you are:
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Interested in learning the backend financial tools and operations of the cultural sector.
Practicalities:
- Location: Asiat Park, Vilvoorde.
- Period: October 2026 – January 2027.
- Availability: Part-time (50%).
- This is an unpaid position
