Help shape the visitor experience and public outreach for Asiat Park as it develops into a thriving creative site in Vilvoorde.
What you'll be doing:
- Map and catalog material from past exhibitions, residencies, and artistic projects (photos, videos, plans, texts, publications).
- Research best practices for archival care within arts and cultural organizations.
- Help design a practical structure and naming convention for digital files and folders.
- Collaborate with the Arts team to draft guidelines and a vision for the future care of the Horst Arts archive.
Who you are:
- Background or current studies in Art History, Curatorial Studies, Heritage Studies, Archival Studies, or a related field.
- Strong interest in contemporary art, architecture, and curatorial practices.
- Organizsd researcher who loves bringing order to creative materials without losing sight of the story behind them.
Practicalities:
- Location: Asiat Park, Vilvoorde.
- Period: October 2026 – December 2026.
- Availability: 1 to 2 days per week.
