Get hands-on experience in the core operational engine of our club season. Help manage logistics, event stock, on-site execution, and weekend club operations at Asiat Park.
What you'll be doing:
- Support live operational tasks during club weekends (crew, entrance, production).
- Coordinate cloakroom setup, crew, capacity, and execution.
- Handle locker delivery, maintenance, pickup, and issue resolution.
- Manage merchandise inventory, sales flows, and lost and found items.
- Prepare crew check-in files and share weekend briefings.
- Print and distribute on-site signage and operational documents.
- Maintain central stock, manage purchasing lists, and execute supply runs.
Who you are:
- Hands-on, practical, and solution-driven.
- Highly organised in managing inventory, logistics, and admin tasks.
- Fully flexible to work night and weekend shifts during club events.
- Clear communicator in English with both team members and visitors.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A valid driver’s license (Category B) is a plus.
Practicalities:
- Location: Asiat Park, Vilvoorde.
- Period: October 2026 – March 2027.
- Availability: Part-time (50%).
